Each program will offer no less than 3 scholarships each with a duration of four years, beginning with foundational coursework, followed by a three-year research project in your chosen field. Candidates must possess a five-year university degree, equivalent to a master’s, to qualify for selection. Final admissions are based on a thorough assessment of each candidate’s qualifications and an interview process conducted in early September.
