Work description:

• Research on material, device, and process technologies for next-generation logic semiconductors.
• Leading experimental research in semiconductor device development through thin-film deposition, nano-patterning, electron microscopy, and electrical characterization.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Possess a Ph.D. degree or be expected to obtain a Ph.D. by the start date of employment.
2. A strong interest in semiconductor devices and processes.
3. Experience in electronic device research using cleanrooms and vacuum equipment is preferred.
4. Proficiency in Japanese or English for effective communication.
